(Training) IAS Pre-Exam Training for OBCs, minorities @ Bangalore

GULBARGA: Free pre-examination training programme has been arranged for scheduled caste, schedule tribe, other backward classes and minority candidates appearing for IAS preliminary examinations to be conducted by the UPSC in the month of May 2007.

The training will be held at Pre-Examination Training Centre, Dr B R Ambedkar Bhavan, Millers Road, Vasant Nagar, Bangalore-52.

Interested candidates have been asked to obtain prescribed application forms in person or by sending self addressed stamped envelope from the above mentioned address. Last date for receiving filled up applications is October 31.

Pre-Examination Training Centre principal in a notification said the candidates should have compulsorily applied for IAS Group A and B posts.

The copy acknowledgement of receipt of application or hall ticket should be enclosed with the application for training along with the copies of marks cards for all the years. Candidates whose annual family income do not exceed Rs 1 lakh are eligible for training.

Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of marks secured in the degree examination and selected candidates will be paid monthly-stipend during the training period.
