Applications on the prescribed forms are invited from the eligible persons of Indian nationality for the following technical posts :

  • Post Code 001: Lab Animals: Gr. III(6) : 1 Post (Gen.) :

    • Scale of pay : Rs. 12,000-375-16,500/- (Total emoluments : Rs. 29120/-);

    • Essential Qualifications : M.Sc. (Zoology) OR MVSc OR M.Sc. (Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology) with minimum of 55% marks and having 12 years experience OR Ist Class B.Sc. (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology) OR B.VSc with 14 years experience in laboratory animal husbandry, breeding, nutrition and monitoring of health.

    • Job Requirement: To monitor breeding, nutrition and care the health of animals of the Animal House.

  • Post Code 002 : CSIR Dispensary : Gr. III(4) (Medical Officer) : 1 Post (Gen.) :

    • Scale of pay : Rs. 8000-275-13500 (Total emoluments : Rs. 19760/- );

    • Essential Qualifications : MBBS with good academic record and a minimum of 55% marks with six years of experience as a physician in a reputed hospital. Desirable Qualifications : Candidates possessing M.D. (Medicine) with experience in a hospital will be given preference;

    • Job Requirement : To provide patient care to CSIR employees and their family members including pensioners at CSIR Dispensary, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow.
