Recruitment of Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants in Karnataka Postal Circle:
Applications in the prescribed format are called for the following posts of Postal Assistants and Sorting Assistants :

1. Postal Assistant, Posts: 359 posts
2. Sorting Assistant (Bangalore), Posts: 14 posts
3. Sorting Assistant (RMS Q), Posts: 05 posts
4. Sorting Assistant (RMS HB), Posts: 15 posts

Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400,
Age : 18-25 years
Qualification : Pass in 10+2 or 12th with English as a compulsory subject and should have studied the Hindi Language as a subject at the least upto Matriculation or equivalent.

Applications Form: Application forms are available in the Head Post Office and Sub Post Offices in all District Hqs/ Taluk Hqrs and other important sub post offices under HP circle on payment of Rs.25/- by cash.

Last Date: Application with relevant certificates should be submitted to the concerned postal division by Registered Post or Speed Post only where candidates want to apply on or before 26/10/2009.
